Lawrence Furniture Consignments
Never paid us for our items. Now I cannot find them. Rip-off!

Lawrence Furniture Consignments picked up several items from our vacation home at 86 Sunrise Drive in Rancho Mirage in November. These included a nearly new sofa as well as tables / chairs. Subsequently, we never heard from them in regard to the status of these items which they were to try to sell for us. When I have tried to reach them at the phone numbers, FAX numbers or email address on our receipt / Consignment Agreement, I have been unsuccessful. These items were worth approximately $5,000.

I have no way of knowing whether these items were ever sold. I also cannot find the company, and maybe they have closed or gone out of business. Yet our property and / or money is unaccounted for. I want our property back or if these items were sold I want the money due us (in that case, I would need to see actual sales receipts).
