These women did not give me a contract for selling my high end consignments as they promised. I submitted a list after each time I brought items such as leather coats, faux fur coats, a mink coat, leather slacks, beautiful alligator purse from Cuba, etc. I gave them over 30 beautiful items in November and was paid $40.00 in January.in February I picked up my winter items and was told other items had sold - a mink coat for approximately $200 (maybe it was 25% off) and a faux fur for about $100 (maybe 25% off).
They have never paid me for these or accounted for anything that was sold, although I wrote them a very serious letter requiring this. They have ignored me. I am livid, and would like others to know this.
They absolutely ruined my alligator purse - denied that it was used - which I believe is the only explanation as to why the strap was ruined and ripped in two, along with other wear on this purse. They denied this and offered no payment. When I brought this purse, the same woman who denied this sat on the phone to the other girl telling her how beautiful it was: they both told me they would sell it for $70 - $80.
These women are really slick - they tell you you will be paid quarterly - there are three of them - and you get conflicting information.
They never account for things and I know that in the check that I received at the beginning of February (to include the end of January) they conveniently did not pay for everything that was sold. They are shysters.
