David Tietolman/David Taylor Telemarketing scam that solicits bank account information from seniors Montreal

The National Consumers Advisory Service is a telemarketing scam that targets seniors for a service that is suppose to provide security against bank fraud. The person that called my mother is David Taylor and debited my Mothers bank account. He claims to provide a honest valuable service. The phone number (877-226-4007) and can not be traced to any specific address. To date he still answers "Customer Care".

Upon my research of this company, I found some references of David Taylor to David Tietolman with several past business adventures. The Tietolman clan is out of Montreal and have been involved in many questionable telemarketing scams (golden gate financial, Five Star Financial Solutions, Qeaestar). David Tietolman is related to Paul Tietolman, canadian radio owner, son of Jack Tietolman (1970s radio host). Ari Tietolman (wanta be bad boy) is also related and has many complaints regarding his telemarketing scams (Paystream USA, Banksafe (800-949-0827) not sure if its still a woking #and Secure Account Services. Jordon Tietolman (Tietolman Tetrault Media) seems to be the oldest son and an attorney and no questionable behavior found as of yet.

Upon facebooking David Teitolman, his profile states to have worked for The National Consumers Advisory Service, LLC with a web address www.thencas.com. I questioned David Taylor regarding David Tietolman's references to being involved with The National Consumers Advisory Service. Mr. Taylor denied any involvement with Mr. Tietolman. However, within 2 hours of that phone conversation, David Tietolman's facebook page was closed to public viewing. So I have to conclude that David Taylor lied to me and knows David Tietolman or maybe is David Tietolman. We continue to investigate these matters as their has been some reference to a David S. Taylor last year for a time share scam in Tampa, Florida. The purpose of this post is to inform others and maybe spark some other leads.
