After paying 103 dollars to cricket they canceled my account. I then had to pay for` 1my phones to be reactivated that cost another 60 dollars and took a week! They told me i would have the same numbers as before. That didnt happen they promised 2 months of service credited to my account one for the 103 i had previously paid and one month free... Still have not gotten that. Now I call back again its been a routine for about 2 months now with the calling... I have been lied to several times promises have been made they said their taking care of it. I was told to fax them the receipt of 103 dollars yet was given the wrong fax number when i called back they said they found everything it was being taking care of while i was on the phone. Come to find out i think all he was doing on that computer was deleting everything because now their is nothing in the computers about the previous phone calls or payments and i cant get the correct phone number for their corporate office from any of the cricket employees... Any ideas!!??
