Constant problems, no answer at phone numbe

I've had continuous issues with the program this season and today can't achieve anybody in the telephone numbers. The on line assistance isn't operating (they're stating it's shut also throughout the hours it's said to be accessible.)

Recurring messages left using the on line assistance support go unanswered.
