After buying the MATCH pencil, it worked to get a day or two, then it ceased importing the information to my pc. I approached LIVESCRIBE for assistance, plus they called me for their website to determine for myself and try to look for an answer. They've no live assistance, their telephone program DOESN'T REACT. It's today over per month, and that I haven't seen from their website. Really annoying.
