I answered an ad on Craigslist for a data entry position and received an auto answer to tell me to come in for an interview the next day between the hours of 9:30-11:30. I decided to call to make sure it wasn't a scam. A nice young lady answered and had no clue how to answer me and transferred my call to a gentleman that seem not to want to talk to me and said in a hasty voice for me to come in the time it stated on Craigslist and hung up on me. That should've been a sign to me how unprofessional they were going to be. I decided to come in anyway and had to wait almost an hour and a half before I was interviewed, and she just talked about absolutely nothing. I was told I was hired and I had a two day training. I was sat in a cubicle where I was told to write everything down in a notebook which I don't understand for the life of me why it just couldn't be printed out for me. I guess it's their way to prolong the time. My trainer, cursed and played with every male in the office and stayed on her cell phone, when I was told not to use mine because the boss hates cell phones after someone came in and stole over a million dollars of credit card info by downloading information from their computer to their cell phone. Okay, so anyway, the second day I was shown real clients information such as ss#, credit card info and all types of personal things. I was told to learn all these things in the same day and was tested the third day. Needless to say, I made a couple of mistakes and was not hired. The staff there is very unprofessional and all they did was curse, play and talk about drinking on the job. The hiring manager was rude and I heard whispers from the people that worked on the floor that she is a female dog and doesn't know how to treat people. I'm just saying that I'm upset that I wasn't hired after getting free labor from me.
