I bought a wedding gown and when I recieved it I was devestated. There was actually a portion of the dress that was not sewn. The raw edges of the matetial were just hanging off of the bust area. The bust portion of dress was also completely different than in the picture. There were loose strings all over the dress and it was clearly not sewn properly. Too big in places too small in others.
When I contacted the company with photo evidence of the flaws they offered me $10 and refused to let me send it back for a return. I protested and they offered me $20, reporting it is common for dresses on the internet to not look like the picture. It would cost me more than $20 to take the dress to a tailor to fix it in order to look similar to the picture of the dress I tried to buy.
I once again protested but reluctantly agreed and they never gave me the $20 refund and they deleted my account from their website, so everytime I tried contacting them my account came up as non exsistant. They also stopped responding to my email. Please never buy a dress from this shady stealing company. I learned a very pricey lesson. I wish there was justice, but im just going to have to swallow this. Dont make the same mistake.
