On January 14th I went to the mansfield, NJ dunkin doughnuts, there was a long line which I don't mind. What I do mind is that when I got to the register the shift manager, Jaya, was too preoccupied sending her text to take my order, and then in the middle of the transaction had the audacity to pick up a personal phone call on her cell phone. Reasons I go to Starbucks, they've got awesome customer service.
