I went online and found this wonderful shop that sells all kinds of tea pots; old, new, etc. I placed an order on 12/11, paid with my Mastercard, and instantly received a confirmation #. I was also having this sent to a different location because it was a Christmas present.
By December 24, my relative still hadn't received the tea pot and I wasn't happy. On December 27th, I called the Tea Pot Shoppe and got a computer generated message telling me that "all representatives were helping other customers, please stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly" after hearing this 3 times, you are told to leave a message at the tone and a Customer Service Representative will call you back... Nothing! I called again on December 29th and got the same results, but I did leave another message with a confirmation # and said that even if they couldn't find the order, please call me back... Nothing!
A couple of days ago, I checked all transactions on my credit card and there wasn't anything from this company, so I assumed that my order wasn't processed and pushed aside, or thrown away, you choose.
Today, Jan 10th I receive an e-mail that my order has been shipped and my credit card order had been processed; I was FUMING! I called the customer service line, her the same computer generated BS and left another message... Again Nothing!
Don't EVER order anything from this company!!!
