I placed an order with them online on Nov. 09. It was paid by credit card, which they deducted on that same day. Also an e-mail confirmation was made on that date saying the order had been shipped.
By the end of December, I had sent several e-mail messages to them, asking about shipment. I would receive the same computerized message each time, stating they may be out of stock at this time but would ship soon as posssible. As of this date (Jan. 10) I have not received anything.
I also tried to contact the company by phone, but could not get anyone to answer. You had two choices or stay on the line for an operator. Finally the line went dead.
The confirmation order number is 661454. I also have the credit card bill where the money was sent to this company.
