They dont warrant lifetime policy with the use of receipt!

I bought three sets of 5 pack combo kits, battery operated. First the receipts where good enough for replacement or repair. Then you had too go the internet to register the tools. Now there is no place to get them serviced or warranted! There use to be a place that would handle the repairs in town but no longer!
