All of us are basically complaining about the same thing: no, or wrong items sent; long delivery or no delivery; exceptionally long waits for refunds or, no refunds. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who referred my complaint to their Canadian counterparts. I suggest you do the same. BTR has been scamming customers for quite some time because they will wait you out - and never send the product or your refund. Great scam. The best way to do something about this is through their money - The Canadian BBB is investigating them and their previous business, same scam, different name. Just sayin...
