I gave them "OUR" bank card and taken care of the item—and not was previously requested to determine my id. Had I never been there, I'd not have already been upset. After 13 years, I'm upset. I arrived home and described the problem to my spouse who named the financial institution to create me "the official individual towards the consideration." This issue shouldn't have happened, however now you're out-of an excellent client &and my mom-in law, and that I am out-of among my personal favorite stores. I'm 60 yrs old and that I anticipate an apology.
