I had recently employed the services of Across America moving and storage for a local move within the las angeles area.
This company uses arm twisting tactics to bill fraudulent amounts to their customers. Beware DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
They completed the move in 4.5 hours and charged me for 6 hrs. When I refused to pay some of my things were held up and it was not delivered. I was infact threatened to pay up for 6 hrs or else they will drive away with my belongings.
The two guys were total amatuers who were down right rude and obnoxious. Their work ethic is terrible, they waste time as much as possible leading to time delays.in fact of the 4.5 hrs they took at leaset three, 15 minutes breaks.
When I complained to their company about the behaviour, I got the standard response.
