This person is not only an unlicensed contractor but avoids paying workers comp claims for injuried workers. He had a worker injuried while feeding tree limbs into a chipper and broke his hand/arm. James Brooks Owner and President of Quality Care Site Prep Inc. Offered the worked work hours in lieu of taking pay for workers comp in violation of Florida Workers Comp laws.
James Brook also damaged private property while on various job sites and refused to file insurance claims because he is uninsured even though he advertises he is a licensed and insured contractor.
The State Of Florida has no record of James Brooks having a state contractors license nor is he insured as such.
This company does not provide services they are paid for, they damage private property, and try to skirt workers comp laws.
