LuxSauna - After exhaustive attempts to retrieve my money, I am resorting to this report. I ordered a sauna (Dual-Lux) and was billed $1595. I was told the sauna would be delivered in 3-4 weeks, but there was no word from anybody for nearly 60 days. I called and called and left multiple messages for Viola, David Shurtleff and Garett Gordon. Nobody would return my call. I decided to just cancel the order, I sent an email then was told that there would be a $75 cancellation charge. WoW... The sauna was still in China when I ordered, but I had to pay money to canel the order.
I let this die down a bit and finally the sauna shows up damaged... I called again and told LuxSauna I didnt want their crappy sauna. I was then informed that I could ship it back at my expense and pay a 25% restocking fee. Are you kidding me... The drama with LuxSauna is never ending...
