LuxSauna is selling saunas that catch fire. They are currently in bankruptcy that shows 1 fire in Kansas for $500,000. They are showing 6 saunas on their website and are sending out a different sauna all together. The return policy is a joke, once they have your money they will not give it back. These people are rude if you call with a problem. If your sauna has been damaged they expect you to fix it. They do not honor the lifetime warranty and do not replace non working parts.
Do Not do business with this company you will be sorry.
