Day One: I am across the country and my fiance' is sick at home. She needs some love so I order a bouquet from 800wesleys.com. Later that night I get an email stating they were backed up and would not be able to be delivered until the next day.
She wasn't going to be home the next day so I call their 800 number to cancel. I Spent 20 minutes on hold until I get an answering service. I speak to a woman named Deb who obviously did not pass along the message.
Day 4: I get another email saying they would not be delivered until the next day. I called and waited on hold AGAIN for another 20 minutes! No one answers. I get an answering machine this time and I am careful to leave my name, order and telephone number in a message to call back, but again... No one does.
Day 5: I call and actually reach someone! She tells me the order was scheduled to be delivered the next day.
