Credit card charged, product never sent, no response to emails, no way to contact representative!

Ordered product online, credit card charged immediately, product never sent, can only contact company via email - they stopped responding to multiple emails. Tried calling number on website - only a recording saying to use website. Never had such an experience! Do not order from this company!!
