Ive done research for JBC legal group. Here are some facts:
1. JBC is NOT a licensed law firm in NJ. (call NJ bar assoc. For proof) JBC is NOT a law firm... PERIOD.
2. It is a collection agency owned by a California attorney.
3. JBC WILL NOT and CANNOT take you to court. (because they are commiting a felony by claiming they are a law firm.)
4. JBC is under investigation by the government.
5. JBC was raided by the FBI (back when they were called NCC)
6. JBC has several class action lawsuits pending against them totalling over $1,000, 000.
7. JBC's employee turn over rate is very high.
Here are some things to keep in mind with JBC legal.
1. DO NOT send them any money.
2. If they contact you FILE A POLICE REPORT at your local station.
3. JBC buys many of these "bad checks" from old and out of business companies for pennies on the dollar.
4.in their letters that they send to consumers they will state "in the best interest of our client"
5. JBC, 9 out of 10 times HAS NO CLIENT. (This is misrepresentation and it is illegal)
PAY NO ATTENTION to their threats... They haven't a legal leg to stand on.
Make sure you take down first and last names of people at JBC if they call you. Save all information that you receive from JBC. Also, send a LETTER of complaint to the NJ State Attorney General Office.
