Adrienne R. Kelly of Kimball Tirey St John is conducting very unethical if not illegal activities. She writes letters to people their firm is illegally trying to collect from then refuses to address the issue.instead she transfers the call to a paralegal who is not a licensed attorney who makes threats and gives legal advice. She refuses to talk to clients who demand to speak to her directly. I am filing a California state bar complaint and plan to take it to the ethics review board. I'm tired of collectors using illegal and fraudulent practices. This firm is notorious for it, look up how many people claim this company is illegally scamming them. And the attorneys who go to work for them are worse than used card salesmen.
