I purchased a dress online. I had to return it and couldn't get an authorization from them because they would never answer the phone. So I sent it back anyway, and never received my credit. I have left a million messages and not one has been returned.
I have spoken with a few people and they always say that they can't help me. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Arizona, and they never replied to the complaint.
They need to be shut down. I'm sure I'm not the only one they've ripped off.
