I ordered a pair of girls shoes from Dimples & Twinkles-A Children's Boutique that said in the size description that they will fit a 2 to 3 years old, when I got the order the shoe was smaller than what was said in the description. I decide to return that item which is a pretty simple task. I checked there website for instructions on how to return an item, it shoes that you have to email them to get a return authorazation number. I emailed Dimples & Twinkles on a Monday I received a response 5 days later (that shows you what good customer service this company has).
The email read as followed:

This condition should have been stated next to the sale item or it should show please read our 'Shipping/Return' policy. This company (Dimples & Twinkles-A Children's Boutique) is stealing from there customers.
This condition to purchase and item should ALWAYS be disclosed!!! Last time a order anything Dimples & Twinkles-A Children's Boutique.
