I've tried to call and obtain a return authorization number to return the unused item, but i can not find thru. I've tried for 4 times today. I've left communications likewise to get a return phone, but without any achievement.
I also want to stop the auto ship of the item before they charge my credit card and wont return my money. They wont give your money back if it's after thirty days. You can only exchange for many other product they provide.
I've before 14 of february to cancel this before they hit my credit card again.
