This complaint is not your usual complaint, it is not about any employee, the employees I run into are nice people. I don’t buy pet food at Walmart anymore, why you ask, because you are always out of the cat food I need. This has been going on for a couple of months now. I shop at the Lavale Walmart in western Maryland. Why is this, and no it is not the boy who stalks the shelves. I spend arount 75 to 80 dollars a month on just cat food. I notice you are loosing your edge on price also, of course it makes no difference, because you don’t have the Mdse. Anyway.
Oh and by the way, I just pick up the other stuff I need where I get my cat food. So what ever your reasons are, I hope you are happy, and spreading out on the other Mdse. To make the shelves a little full, is just compounding the problem. I normally let this stuff go and not say anything about it, but this has been going on for months. I think you have fallen into that retail trap of trying to save labor costs, problem is, you loose all the way around. It takes years to build loyal customers, but a very short time to loose them. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.
