Appliance Services repaired our refrigerator. They asked for half payment up front, but did come back after several days and installed the part. They also broke the filter cap when replacing the water filter. Since then, 6 weeks has passed and after 3 calls and 3 claims that the part was "in the mail" to us with three different dates, we still have no cap.
Carrie, their phone representative, is combative and will overtalk you when you try to express your frustrations and seek satisfaction and resolution to the problem. Extremely poor customer service listening and treatment skills. Have also filed a complaint with BBB.
