On September 22, I ordered a flight jacket from Jakes Pilot Shop / Pilot Supply Hub. Because of non-delivery, I contacted the webshop and the representative promised to reship the item. Thus far, nothing has arrived yet. I tried to contact them many times by mail, but they don't respond anymore.
