Com stole my money and priceless photos! What a RIP

I paid for an UPGRADE for photopoint, and now they have shut down without notice... I have lost my money and photos... Those photos were priceless... Some were also used on other sites such as Blackplanet and Ebay... What am I supposed to do about my blank images now... Their customer service SUCKS bigtime... They did not notify anyone about the closing... What a rip...
