This company took receipt of my items for a move from Illinois to Pennsylvania on 06/23. On 07/21, they only delivered 2/3 of my belongings. I complained to the BBB, IL Atty General, FMCSA and any other place I could with no results.
Their claims rep tried intimidation to get me to accept their paltry offer, but it would have been an insult to stoop to that level. They have lied on paper to the BBB and IL Atty General by claiming that my items were separated in transport but they have no clue where they sent my things, and they have shown no real interest in trying to find them. Some of my delivered items were damaged, but what is most important to me is receiving the remainder of my shipment.
If you value your belongings, don't let these people near them!!!
