Horrible experience trying to get product to work on virtual server. We paid over $5k and the program crashed multiple times and every time we had expensive setbacks as we lists all data and had all our technicians iPads freeze Uup in the field. I called the president of the company, Skip Stringfield and expalained that the program was not a good fit for us because it kept crashing. He said I was 4 weeks outside my electronically signed agreement and no refund ($0) would be refunded. I fought him and explained the situation.
He GRACIOUSLY allowed that his people had spent $2,600 worth of labor setting me up with the software and would therefore offer me about $2400 in return. He said he had an excellent legal team and if I wanted to sue him, I was welcome to do so. I have never sued anyone before, but Skip is probably right, I would never see a dime if I tried to sue. So once again the little guy gets shafted by the big guy, and he is not remorseful at all that I am a diss appointed customer. So I am writing reviews wherever I can to warn people. What saddens me is that a company like this would treat a new customer so badly. Shame on you Smart Service.
