This company is ridiculou—s, i wanted the basic steam cleaning, after repeatdly telling them i couldnt afford it, the worker claimed he will do the deep scrub for the 5o dollars and not tell his booss?
Totall lie, because the man was in my house, 3bedrooms and was out in about 20 minutes. After looking around, i said this is still filty as anything.
I tryd to call them to get a reciept of the work order, but they couldnt. Claimed i wasnt even on file-they had no record that i even used thier service-lol
so, my landlord used his own people and had the entore house re cleaned/carpets, the man charged 300 but was well worth the money because the job he did was outstanding!!!
Never go with cheap basic steam cleaning, esp with horizon avoid them, complate rip off!!!
How do you have no record of a customer — ??? The job this other companyh did yes 300, but my 5yr old carpets were brought back to brand new condition—if you want the job done correctly unfortnlt you have to speand a little money
