Letters that are "required: by Federal Warranty Service Corp.in order to cancel a contract, seem to never arrive at their Atlanta Georgia address. That includes Certified Mail by the US Postal Service.
Refund Checks that are supposed to be mailed to your home are never issued and always on the way according to Customer Service.
Customer service is very good at "So Sorry", giving you a reference number, and declaring with their last breath that they are going to resolve your problem.
What Federal Warranty Service Corp. Is good at is ripping the public off. Keeping your money, in my case, Hundreds, and hoping you will give up and the government will continue to do nothing.
As my products are Whirlpool, and they let their name be used as The Whirlpool Extended Service Plan for Federal Warranty Service Corp. I will be notifying them directly that I will no longer be buying any products associated with them.
Perhaps if many do this, these rip offs might stop.
