Looking for help starting a local small business in my area, found a few links online that lead to the Grantassist site stating thier cd kit could help with small business grants of all kinds. Also said that they I had access to thier services online and that there was no need to wait for the CD kit. After logging on to the site (no login name/password needed) i find that the grants where only focused on non profit organizations. Logged off thinking that maybe the CD would have more to it.
Two months later I had yet to receive the kit from them, called the customer service center on the phone asking where my CD was and where these 57.93 charges were coming from. Was told that once you use any of their services that you are an active user and there is a monthly fee for that. Whan i asked about any type of refund partial or full, i was told no and hung up on.
I am currently trying to dispute the charges via my bank, will update if I am at all successful.
