I went into my account changed my credit card and they charged the orginal card I entered in 2008 and cancelled in 2010.
They sent "canned responses" emails and only allow you to send "positive feedback" to them for their website.

There is no place for them to allow you to post negative stuff about them other than an email.
They were rude and ignorant in their approach to me.

I will never do business with them again
