If you are thinking about employment with this company think long and hard about what you are signing up for. You will not be working hours/days that you are initially told that you will be working, and 9 times out of 10 you will not be doing the job that you were hired for.
I had been employed by this company for 4 years and when I was hired I was told I would be a job developer haha joke was on me. I was at the same pay until my 2rd year due to lack of money being made by the office (again haha even someone
with simple math skills can add figures and figure out that the office makes a few hundred thousand dollars a year, really 5 employees and a director make that in a year?) and after 4 years only made $1.00 more than what I had started off at. Anyone that works in the field with clients works their tails off to try and provide the services that the individuals are entitled to (due to the lack of involvement of the office director is almost imposable) to only be told that they are not doing
enough.
