Worst job ever. The director of the Derry office is an autocrat. She regularly uses intimidation and cohersion to motivate her employees. She subjects her staff to mood swings or yelling and questioning from her office door. She exagerates hours worked, she "works" the state system to cover and clean up sloppy work and hours NOT working with clients. She threatens and micromanages employees but provides no strategy for success.
She has constant turnover in her office especially and is in cahoots with the HR in the corporate office. Corporate doesnt question why she cant keep any employees. She regularly disregards the federal and state laws with respect to past employees and she slanders them all over her tiny domain. She would be better suited working in a womans prison or as a dictator of a very poor and uneducated third world country.
For those who go into this field to help those unfortunate souls who need a hand, this woman in this office will give you a horrible feeling about a human services placement agency. She will make you not want to go into this field to help others. The sad and true fact is though that she is a very small, very tiny, very pathetic individual who shouldnt ruin the reputation of the profession for those who want to give back.
There are great companies out there who respect their employees and their clients. She and the Derry office are not an example of this. She needs to be removed from her "Director" role. Until that happens she will continue slandering all those who question her. A lawsuit needs to be brought against her. She has been doing maliciously slandering previous employees with the knowledge of the Leddy Group for years. Its quite tragic really.
