Purchased a shawl from Anna Jackson of Hula Gypsy with her assurance it was fully refundable. This was July 17. It was sent back a week or two later and receipt was confirmed. On August 11 I emailed to confirm receipt and when to expect the refund. Here we are in December and after 28 emails and multiple phone calls I still have not been refunded. I have heard every excuse in the book including illness, etc yet her blogs, website and her products on Etsy are still being updated routinely. Now I see in the Maui Times that she is having weekly parties on Friday and Saturday nights at her store yet she doesn't have the money to refund for a shawl. Most of her emails acknowledge the money is due and she keeps saying it will be refunded but never comes across with it.
