I had 2 charges of 44.09. One was on July 7 and the other was on July 11. I called the number on my checking account and spoke to a woman named Anna who said I was charged a membership fee for having their product. I told her I never signed up for their product and she said she would refund my money in 3-4 business days. She even gave me a confirmation number. Its been well over a week and a half and I was never refunded and now they won't answer the phone!!!
