They are Jared Shafer 70, and Patience Bristol, 40, of Las Vegas; Jon Norheim 45, and Judge Chuck Hoskin, 49, of Henderson Nevada, ; and Elyse Tyrell 52 of Las Vegas Nevada. Pettys pay for acting as a straw buyer was the proceeds from getting inflated appraisals for the homes as well as falsifying repair issues.
