I was recently hired to perform virtual assistant services for Charles Petty and his Visionary Publishing company. He hired me in Feb. And I have not received a dime in the form of the compensation that he owes me for my services. Collectively, he owes other VA's over $10,000 in wages. He writes bad checks and one VA was nearly arrested at her bank for depositing his checks.
Mr. Petty claims to be able to show people how to make money in real estate by charging them for a product (mentioned in another complaint from person who purchased product) that they never receive. I have spoken to several people who agree that Mr. Petty is crooked and needs to be stopped because they too have been a victim of Mr. Petty and his unfair business practices.
I am pursing a legal case against Mr. Petty and wanted to make sure that other VA's and consumers do not get tangled up in Mr. Petty's lack of morals.
