I received my mail information that I was pre-approved for a credit limit of $6,000. I called them just to ask questions, however I gave them my banking information. They told me to call and cancel if I did not want this credit card. I did call them and the withdrawal had already been made (spoke to Lavontra Young ID#2740). On February 13, they charged my account $199 without my Knowledge. I believe because I called to cancel they lied and said that I my account was already charged. And there was nothing I could do. I was furious.
Later, on May 3, I was informed that they sent me something in the mail regarding insurance for this credit card that I didn't read. And because I threw away this junk mail, they charged my account $199.98 because I didn't call and cancel the insurance that I was not even aware of the offer. Which I would have denied.
I have been ripped-off and they should be reported, I have filed a claim with the BBB and whoever else I need to. My money should be restored to my account.
This company should NOT have the right to force credit cards on people and make transactions without their notice. And I when I called them to complain, I was spoken to by Ms. LaWanda ID#2916 in a very irrate manner. This company should be put out of business.
Sincerely,
Vanessa
