Western by Design no product delivered, poor customer service

Ordered a riding skirt at the end of September. Called several times in October and November to check for status. Was told several times the item was either "in transit", "stuck in Denver but will be shipped soon, " "Will arrive at your house on X date." It is now the end of November and I've yet to receive the item.
