Horrible! I called about fixing a leak in my roof. I noticed the salesman drove around my neighborhood before coming to my door and wondered why. When he arrived he said that he couldn't help me. And he didn't even have a ladder, so he had no intention on climbing on the roof to see the issue. As it turns out, he was looking around my neighborhood for the signs of other roofing companies that were replacing entire roofs after the last hail storm. Basically, they are in business to get entire roof jobs through the insurance companies. They have no interest in fixing leaks and other small roof projects like they advertise. What a farce!
