Titan Roofing came into our neighborhood after a hail storm and ripped off many homeowners. First they lie about carrying insurance. It is a bogus certificate. Secondly, the roofs they do install are horrible. Shingle packages look like they are seconds or have sat in a warehouse for a couple years. They totally destroyed most of my bushes and put ruts in my yard. When I confronted them with it, they said they are not responsible..."it's part of construction". No other Roofing company left ruts in the yards. Third, the insurance check was delayed for payment. They called and harrassed us and came pounding on our door almost everyday for payment even though they knew it was an insurance claim. DO NOT USE TITAN ROOFING! They are the most unprofessional salespeople, roofers and office help I have ever seen. I wouldn't trust them to roof my dog house in the next hail storm. Get out of town titan... At least out of our neighborhood.
