Around January or February my Mother received a bill from 900 Direct (Billing for 900 Access) showing charges made from her phone. I wrote a letter to the company stating that she had made any calls. I received a letter dated April 29. Enclosed please find a copy of the Switch Maintenance Detail Record for the above captioned telephone number, for calls placed to and billed by 900 Direct on or prior to April 29, which our records indicate is the telephone number for the above-captioned customer. My Mother (Pearline) is 96 years old and would not be calling a Pychic if she were younger. My Mother has not had a phone in her name since January or February.
