Ripoff! I was billed for a call I never made. Contacting them has been hopeless

I was billed on a separate sheet on my local phone bill for a call to the UK that I never made. 10 minutes for $26.42, and I don't even know anyone in the UK. Furthermore, if I dial a int'l call my phone is locked in to use Sprint.

Contacting the USBI has been hopeless, they just give you a run around. Anyone else have problems with this company please contact FCC's web site. They love to hear more about USBI. I filed my complaint with them today.
