I placed an order on October 24 for some Mary Kay makeup and I was charged for the merchandise but it never arrived. I have contacted the company via email and phone and have not heard anything back. Everytime I call, the recording says I can speak with a live operator so I hit "0", but it just goes into voice mail. It was a $200 order so I have filed a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company. This is not a proper way to do business - it's completely unfathomable they would take my money and not provide the merchandise and not resond to my inquiries. Buyer beware.
