I have made a online and phone purchased with this company almost a year ago and they have not delivered all my items. The TOTO toilet which I ordered (supposed to be new) I received it dirty. I called the company so many times and send so many emails regarding my order issues and they always avoid me. I feel like they took my money and runned away. Today I again, tried to contact them (so unsatisfied with them) via their online chat:
