Did not send all items, did not refund money, did not respond to repeated attempts to contact

I placed an order online on Dec. 6 with this company. I received an email confirmation of my order immediately. I didn't hear anything for several days, so I emailed the "customer service" email for status on Dec. 12. I did not receive any response to that request. I contacted the company via phone on Dec. 18, was routed through several options on the phone, to which I was finally told that all customer service had to be handled over the internet.in frustration, I called back, thinking that if I selected different options, perhaps I would get to leave a message or speak to a person. Someone answered - striking me as odd - I had called moments before and had to choose many menu selections and now someone is there to answer without me going through prompts. I spoke to the woman on the phone who indicated that part of my order was able to ship but another part was in a warehouse in New Jersey. I told her that if my entire order wasn't going to ship out that day, I wanted my order cancelled. This woman assured me that she would contact me via phone or email to confirm one way or another if my order was going out that day I heard nothing, until the following day, when I received an email from ANOTHER customer service email address stating that my order had shipped. The shipping email was sent to me on Dec. 19. Although the contact was extremely poor and the follow up was non existent, I decided to wait until I received my package to see if I needed to return and order from another company or not.

My order was delivered on Dec. 23. It was only part of what I ordered, although I had been charged the entire amount of my order - I had not received additional emails or forms of communication to indicate that I would receive another package. I subsequently emailed the company AGAIN to request the status of what was going on - this email was sent on Dec. 24 and I have yet to hear from them or receive a refund for the items I've ordered.

In summary, I contacted the company 5 times - my credit card was charged on the date of my order - no items received until last week - and not all items have been sent to me.

1 - placed order with company Dec. 6. (online)
2 - requested status of order on Dec. 12. (email)
3 - requested status of order on Dec. 18. (phone - was told to try online after following all menu options on automatic phone system)
4 - requested status of order on Dec. 19. (phone - someone answered)
5 - requested my complete order and an explanation for why there had been no offer for reduced shipping rates, etc. (email)

I will be pursuing this legally but wanted all consumers to know that this company will take your money immediately and never provide goods. They will not respond to requests for status and you will not have any satisfaction via phone or email. I will be taking this up with the State of Delaware.
